As part of the European project TASTE – Transformative Approaches for Sustainable Food in Tourism, and in collaboration with the hospitality.brussels cluster, we invite you to a participatory workshop designed for professionals in the hospitality and event sectors.
Raphaëlle Muchery (Gel Dansaert) will share her hands-on experience and present concrete solutions, best practices, and tools that help entrepreneurs progress effectively in their transition — both in terms of event management and sustainable food practices — while remaining economically viable.
